Unmapped collective

Unmapped is a music collective, established in Paris since 2007. Dedicated to exploration of the new forms of musical writing and improvisation, Unmapped was designed as a laboratory, concentrating its attention on most of the high technologies, and the instrument-computer interaction.

A flexible ensemble, Unmapped consists of eleven permanent members from all parts of the world. Every member is both a composer and an instrumentalist.

With Jérémy Labelle and Julien Vincenot, Thomas Vittek is one of the co-founders of this collective.
